I've been a Qualified Health & Life Coach for many years and one thing  I can tell you with confidence is that many people want to change their lives and be the best versions of  themselves.  Sadly, many people self sabotage some where within the process.  It can be the result of stress & anxiety, deeply embedded habits of behaviour that feel impossible to change or a lack of self love and self-care.  It's almost certainly linked to the beliefs that we hold about ourselves  and the world around us. It's even more difficult if we don't have the skills to know how to make those changes.  

Making any kind of personal change is difficult, especially if we don't love or even like who we are.  It seems that the best version of you is stuck in there  and it doesn't matter what you do, you simply cannot get YOU out!!!  Believe me I  can not only identify &  understand this frustration but through my journey of self-development  I have  learned a certain set of skills that will help you to be yourself and 'do life' with more confidence. I can help to identify the  strong negative filters that all of your learning, study and experiences have to pass through to allow you to  live a more fulfilling life.  Then, equip you with life skills and strategies to support your journey moving forward.  As we've mentioned it takes an integrative approach so as we work together I will use a variety of techniques, therapies and modalities  to support your journey, as  one size does not always fit all!
